By using this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a reservation, or attending Card Anvil Whyalla following a confirmed arrangement, you indicate agreement to the terms that apply to that activity, subject to applicable law. An enquiry is a request for information or consideration only. It does not create a booking, reserve a table, secure an event arrangement, or guarantee availability unless Card Anvil Whyalla directly confirms the relevant details.

A table reservation request, poker-night enquiry, live play enquiry or private-group request is not confirmed until Card Anvil Whyalla communicates confirmation of the relevant arrangement. Sending an email, making a call, using a website contact route or discussing a preference does not guarantee availability. No response time, confirmation method, price, payment, booking fee, entry terms, cancellation window or other financial or operational term is implied by an enquiry alone.

The venue may ask for practical details needed to consider a request. What is relevant will depend on the enquiry, and not every item will be needed in every case. Private events and organised poker nights remain requests until details are discussed and directly confirmed.

Changes and suitability

If plans change after details have been discussed, check directly with the venue so that any confirmed details can be considered in their current context.

Private-event responsibilities

An organiser making a private poker-event or group enquiry is responsible for communicating accurate information to their group and for helping attendees understand any confirmed venue requirements shared by Card Anvil Whyalla. Organisers should keep the venue informed where a material detail changes. This clause concerns clear communication and lawful attendance only; it does not create unconfirmed room hire, catering, exclusive-use or other service terms. Arrangements remain subject to direct confirmation.

Visitors must follow reasonable venue directions relating to safety, access, care of property and the orderly operation of the card room and surrounding areas. Access or participation may be refused or ended where reasonably necessary for safety, lawful operation or a serious breach of these terms. This wording does not describe specific security arrangements, emergency procedures or staff roles; it sets a practical expectation for respectful, safe attendance.

Personal property and shared equipment

Please take reasonable care of your belongings and venue property, including cards, chips, tables, furnishings and other shared equipment. Promptly report accidental damage or a safety concern directly to the venue. This request is practical and neutral: it does not assign monetary value to shared items or make unsupported declarations about loss, theft or liability.
